There is no direct membership for a REALTOR®, appraiser, or subscriber to ITSO. ITSO’s members are real estate associations. In order to gain access to the ITSO MLS® System, interested users would need to first become a member of any of the ITSO Member Associations or apply to a Member Association for subscriber access. Once they determine which Member Association best suits their needs and those of their clients, the interested user would then reach out directly to that Association, and their staff will go through the application process, requirements, and fees with them. Each Member Association determines their own fee schedule for members. All subscribers pay the same fees to Member Associations for read-only subscriber access.
