Mission — As a not-for-profit, driven by technology, ITSO’s mission is to “Provide access to and manage an MLS® System and supporting technologies.

Vision — ITSO will be the preferred MLS® System and technology provide for real estate boards and Associations. REALTORS® will have the best tools and technology enabling them to provide superior solutions to their clients. Clients will value and choose REALTORS® that belong to an ITSO association.

Principles — All ITSO members will be viewed and treated as equals. ITSO will:

• Be fiscally efficient and responsible

• Be nimble and become no larger than required to serve its members' needs.

• Model and promote open dialogue, respect and trust with and among its members.

• Be open, transparent and clear when communicating with its members.

• Be inclusive and consultative in its evidence based decision-making.

• Foster cooperation amongst all stakeholders.
