Association members of the Information Technology Systems Ontario (ITSO) have access to greater business insights to make data-driven decisions that enhance core services and exceed member and stakeholder needs, as a result of a multi-year agreement to use CIDREC to track inquiries and complaints across its network
With 18 Member Associations and over 24,000 users of the ITSO MLS® System, ITSO provides economies of scale and access to innovative technology solutions like CIDREC.
“The insights gained from CIDREC will be invaluable to our Board as well as to our 18 Member Associations. We are already seeing trends in the data we are collecting and are adjusting some of our communications accordingly. Association leaders will be able to quickly identify gaps in member services and collaboratively use this rich data to keep in-step with emerging trends, and member needs,” said Lyle McNair, 2023 ITSO President.

Once implemented as a core business system and methodology, CIDREC provides immediate and unbiased analytics to aid in developing education, advocacy, communications, and other core services that are relevant, timely, and in line with member and stakeholder needs and expectations.
CIDREC also allows for sharing of anonymized data between associations in order to stay ahead of issues occurring elsewhere in the region. Sharing of anonymized complaints and inquires data has been made possible across ITSO associations as part of the ITSO implementation of CIDREC.
