The ITSO Board of Directors is pleased to announce that as of their AGM held Wednesday December 14th, 2022, that Lyle McNair will be stepping into the role of President, while Blair Campbell will be joining the executive roster as President Elect. Wendy Webb will be moving into the position of Past President for 2023. This year's AGM saw 10 Directors up for election, with 6 returning Directors and 4 new additions joining the Board table.
Lyle has been involved with ITSO from the beginning as a member of the Transition Board, and was part of the initial group who began conversations as ORTIS back in 2015. With 25 years experience in real estate marketing and sales, Lyle also has extensive experience at the Board level with his Home Association. He has served as President of the Guelph & District Association of REALTORS® (GDAR) in 2006 and 2007, and has Chaired the GDAR finance, bylaw, and political action committees. He has also served as a member of both the OREA education and finance committees. Lyle is an invaluable member of the ITSO Board and brings a wealth of knowledge and history to the MLS® Rules and Governance committees in his role as Chair along with his attention to detail and comprehension of the world of real estate.
Blair has been active in real estate for 15 years and has been involved with ITSO since ORTIS and the Ontario Collective joined together. Blair has been involved at his Home Association of the London & St. Thomas Association of REALTORS® first as a Directors in 2017, moving up to President- Elect for 2019, President for 2020, and past President for 2021. He has served on multiple committees at LSTAR including Charing the Governance Committee and being a member of the Discipline, Finance and Political Action committees, and he has Chaired the ITSO Arbitration Committee for the last two years.
